|Contract (6 months)
Up to £200 per day (4 days a week)
|The Nomad Cinema has earned its reputation as London’s most well-loved, successful and ethical mobile pop-up cinema, creating memorable film events for audiences from 50 to 1,500 throughout the year, both indoor and out. We are a well-established brand and are in our sixth year as a pop-up cinema provider producing consistently popular events in partnership with a variety of unique, prestigious venues and public spaces, each delivering a carefully curated cinema experience, for film-lovers across the capital.
What sets us apart from the pop-up pack are our social enterprise credentials. 100% of our distributable profits are covenanted to our chosen charity in South Africa (www.sustainabilityinstitute.net) where we work with kids from some of the most disadvantaged, poverty-ridden and violent communities in Lynedoch, from babies to when they start work. Earlier this year, Sally Wilton our founder, was awarded a Point of Light award by the Prime Minister for our volunteer programme at The Nomad & our bricks & mortar cinema, The Lexi.
To oversee, co-ordinate and deliver the key actions required to develop and strengthen The Nomad Cinema, including the overall management of the budget, project plan, resource plan, risk log, implementation of the business plan and standard status reports. 100% of the profits from The Nomad are covenanted to our chosen charity, The Sustainability Institute, in South Africa.
